I wouldn't say they were far off, but we could round the price down to $225k or similar, how would you all feel about that?

It should surely be reduced and the price you suggested seems suitable. That way people might start using it.

Okay I'm gonna go ahead and approve this. I think that it would encourage more players to get onto the role if we knock the price by $50k.
