Rule 7.1 was breached - You can't commit crimes in public and you must have a valid roleplay reason (you can rob a store in public if deemed safe to do so). Public locations are the city, Metro stations and Connectivity road.
Instead of shooting I would have called a staff member, however in my view you both did something minor and Josh eventually left therefore I will let you both off with a warning.
