Fair warning that if you reserve that and build above it I will tunnel through it. AM/PM will also have the monorail above it's parking lot so I wouldn't recommend building there as well. Stations will be mostly along the road so you all shouldn't have to worry about that.

I believe you have already spoken to Link but the rail is mainly above the section of parking lot in front of the AM/PM then, if you are standing on Main Street looking at AM/PM, the right-half of the gas station roof itself.
