Summary of the incident
Aly here went into my "casino" (only a blackjack table) and starting acting cocky so my security guard told him to leave, he left and later came back and thought of getting revenge and then kidnapped my security guard in the open on mainstreet outside big general store.

where is the evidence that i did it in public. becuse i did it in the back ally behind big Gerneral store

there is alot of stuff i like to point out for the admin takeing care of the case. 

my first issue here with the video is this.

Rule number 2.2 metagameing you may use a third-party software that Fearless is using as long as it is accompanied with voice transmission in-game   they are talking about the event without being there. haveing a much bigger advence then someone not useing 3 party software

2rd thing. the citizen called (Okey. steam name) is showed playing blackjack when you watch the video you see the man armed as a citizen shooting me down as a citizen. 

3rd thing3.1aViolence should always be the last option.again for the person called (Okey. wich is hes steam name)

4rd3.2You may only raid as the following jobs: Police, S.R.U, Corleone, Rebels and any custom jobs as a citizen that fits the roleplay situation for example, "Freedom Fighter". also meant for (Okey. wich is hes steam name)
5rd3.5dDo not run into or loiter around extremely dangerous or life-threatening situations (even to get to the weapons locker), such as a fire or raid, as a citizen or someone without the appropriate job. (Okey. wich is hes steam name)

As Eddies account is somehow glitched and can't reply I will reply for him (Eddie typing from here on forward) First up, Aly straight up lied about him being behind the building


You can clearly see in the chat at the end of my video he dragged him instantly after tying him up so he couldn't go infront of the building himself. The one lying on the ground dead is Aly after Ckay shot him down.

If you follow the audio you can hear Aly talking (and Ckays shooting) behind my back which is infront of the building because my back is facing wallstreet. On the the points you brought up about rule breaking.

1. We use discord when we play because we aren't super serious roleplayers but that clearly did not give us an advantage in this situation because we are 2 meters apart from eachother and can clearly see ALy hostaging him up.

2. Ckay was named Citizen because he forgot to change his Job to criminal which does not justify his actions and I think I told him you couldn't do that but it's out of my control what he does.

3. Again, what Ckay does is out of my control, he is fairly new to the game and probably just wanted to save P0nk from getting hostaged without thinking.

4. I don't think we ever did a raid on anyone, the closest to a raid was Ckay shooting down Aly which I'm guessing is the moment ur referring to, but again, what he does is out of my control and I told him afterwards.

5. Like I said, he forgot to change his Job earlier when we started playing as we only did blackjack (still doesn't justify) and I can't control what he does. You trying to point rules on your fifth point not walking up to dangerous situations is extremely hypocritical because on your PR against P0nk you clearly jumped out of your vehicle after he shot at you just to break RP and tell him "wasnt very smart"

I don't have 100% proof you did it behind or infront of the building publicly but I honestly think behind one building in "mainstreet" is still a public place that fairly many people go to.

This whole response to my PR was just things Ckay did wrong and not trying to defend yourself. The only defense you had was you doing it behind the store which is a complete lie. If you want Ckay to get in trouble so bad you should make another PR with my clip on him instead of trying to make a PR on my PR on you.

There is nothing to prove what Aly did was in the wrong, your security had previously shot at him no wonder he came back to retaliate. All be it hostaging him on the street is against the rules your actions did warrant that of Aly in retaliation, if there was more proof of where he actually got taken hostage in comparison to the store this may have warranted a different outcome.
