Ok, good to see the staff team is initiating for a change.

40-50 something people join a channel, a few fuck ups, couple of mic spammers, and an ear raper causing chaos, then they're banned. Then a dozen people are actually talking, the rest are quiet and listening for awhile, then some of them step forward and begin bringing up their concerns. The staff notes, communicate with the rest of the staff letting them know, and they will reach out Soulripper with the information which will most likely take some decent amount of time and probably some doubts by Soulripper regarding the info.
By the time we see any changes, a number threads regarding the meeting were created and members being toxic and how they are losing  their patience, and staff members are going to be upset and some of them may resign because of it.

I think Soulripper should participate in the community meeting, to prove he actually cares for the community and FL, and make the necessary changes as fast and effectively as possible.
