Summary of the incident
The guy came up to me while we were arresting some people and he hit me so i ran after him with my tazer gun out and told him to stop. He didnt do it as you can see in the video and went into his car so i took my gun out to make sure he didnt drive away but he did anyway and after that my fellow officers destroyed the tire so he coulden drive and i arrestet him right after
