Alright, lemme break all of this down, because there's a lot of unclear evidence here.

The 1.1million was given to me, to "run" this casino. I say "run" because I was never low on money and didn't ask for it, he offered it to me and handed me the money. He trusted the money with me, and he handed the money over, there was never a written contract stating to give money back to him. A good 800k of them profits were Jim's profits too. When Jim was working there that night, we earnt a lot of those profits and the most of them go to us.

Me and Jim short after quit the job as we were opening our own casino within our new group "Arcis". 

Not once did I say I was going to give the money back and we never once had agreed on it. Now I understand he may have expected it back, but the way in which he split profits at this casino, was unfair to dealers. Considering jim made a large amount of the money, we were going to open our own casino to make the profits better for the people working there, and not just for the owner. The managers of each part (Security, Croupiers, etc.) get 10%, then they have to split that to each worker. The 1.1mil would give the manager 110k and then give croupiers even less. 

As I've mentioned already, there was no clear, or written contract stating to give it back what so ever. I did work for you, however you never made me to agree to anything. It was poorly conducted on your behalf.

Will write up a proper response to this soon, just want to clarfiy that what the witnesses are saying can't be used in the case, considering they're aly's friend and i know for a fact i did not say "4. I over heard richie say "i'll pay you back". i was handling a disturbance at the time." the I'll pay you back bit.
