Title of Bug: Government worker breaches do not work

Description:

Evidence: 
You can't use mollies as gov worker, you can place breaches but doing /detonate will blow up the breach and not touch the prop.

Yeah, I tried to use some while I was Government Mercenary the other day and it didn't work.
