EvoCity Casino Trend

For many weeks and months now, EvoCity has been hit by a wave of casinos and gambling related businesses. The Plaza Casino, The Tops Casino, and Lucky 7 Casinos are all examples of successful, popular, and respected casino companies.
It could be said that after Lucky 7 Casinos was founded in the v5p district of EvoCity, that there was a noticeable surge in casinos that were trying to replicate its success and and a bandwagon of "knockoff" Lucky 7's began. Businesses such as Lucky 6, Lucky 8, and so on, many using an adaptation of the Lucky 7 logo. This trend continued for many months in the v5p district, but never caught on in the v2d district of EvoCity nor a neighbouring city; Pines City.
Towards the end of 2018 in the v4b1 district, a newcomer casino business, The Plaza Casino, took off and filled the void that was left by the inactivity of Lucky 7 Casinos and it's eventual closure on 18 December 2018. The Plaza Casino became the main casino in the v4b1 district, before the Tops Casino (which in a way was the successor to Lucky 7) was founded in spring 2019, and it's been friendly competition ever since.
What differences have these three casino chains made? By comparing EvoCity today to EvoCity two years ago in 2017, casinos are everywhere and many people still jump on the bandwagon, whether to make money, or to gamble it away. Due to the nature of casinos since their recent popularization in 2017, many laws and acts have been passed to keep casinos from being destructive to personal wealth and to make sure that they are fair.

However, it does not seem like the casino trend will die out anytime in the near future.

Russian Terrorist Threat?
Recently, EBC was contacted by two men who claimed that they were "going to destroy America and it's decadent western culture", they made it clear that they were contacting the EBC to make the public aware that a "bloodbath and revolution" were coming, and that every Russian in EvoCity and the United States were ready to begin the destruction of America in the near future.
Unfortunately, EBC News were unabled to document these discoveries via photos or video.
The two men claimed that the attacks would kick off with a terrorist attack on the Nexus, with bombs planning to be installed to "collapse the icon of EvoCity", before cars would drive into the gawking and shocked onlookers, and then a bloodbath via a shooting massacre, before the attacks would start across the United States.
The two men remained in contact with the EBC, until two days ago, when the police searched their apparent hideout: The Motel. It was ransacked, with a few items left behind, but the two men nowhere to be found.
While the EvoCity government believes that due to the openness, description, and "plain stupidity in informing the government of their plans to install bombs on the Nexus", that the likelihood of EvoCity coming under such an attack, or even the whole United States were nil. However, a noticeable increase in police and SRU presence has been seen as of late.

The Blooded Hand

An organisation referring to itself has "The Blooded Hand" has made it's existence known to EvoCity just over two hours ago.
While not much is known about them, they seem to be made up of "anonymous and once rouge ex-militants and high ranking government officials" who seek to "put an end to corruption and disorder". This has been interpenetrated as meaning hostile actions and brute force to solve what its members consider serious wrong in EvoCity.
It's believed that the people involved are long-time residents of EvoCity, or at least acquainted with the area.
The EBC will not update the story as it progresses.
