Don't want to be a dick but about fucking time.
No offence you did whast you could but you never knew what you were doing as SA. Hopefully you'll choose someone who actually understands how to manage a team and the direction FL needs to go in rather than sit on the rank and doing nothing.

I can't tell for sure currently as I don't have eyes internally but it feels like the SA team has been the most disorganised currently since a long time, and is nothing compared to a few years back.
Hopefully things will fall in place again, and thanks for all you've done as SA (?), Sparx.
