BBC Public Service Announcement
On April 3rd, 2019, the Ministry of Peace announced they would be sending an aircraft carrier battlegroup to the Arabian Sea due to the heightened tensions between the western world and major terrorist cells such as ISIL. The intent of this strategic maneuver was to place a check on these cells, promising protection to Middle Eastern governments and U.S. firebases throughout the area. After forty-three days at sea, the Minipax battlegroup arrived at the port of Mina Salman in Bahrain for refueling and provisions. Since then, the small fleet has been wading in the Arabian Sea waiting for further instructions from the Ministry's headquarters in Washington, D.C.. According to recent reports, a bomber task force was ordered to take off from the nearby FOB Phoenix and head towards Iraqi airspace.

During their flight to Iraq, the Ministry of Peace announced it would intensify its intent on combating terrorism in ISIL-occupied Iraq and Syria and moved its carriers into the Persian Gulf. The guided-missile destroyers protecting the aircraft carriers launched multiple TLAMs, or Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles, towards terrorist-controlled territory near the city of Palmyra. After impact, the bomber task force took over jurisdiction of the operation. Two C-17 Globemasters and three AC-130W Stinger II gunships hovered over the bombed ISIL compounds as trucks filled with surviving insurgents scattered away. Shortly after the gunships opened fire with their 105mm Howitzer cannons and their 40mm L60 Bofors, a Minipax fireteam was deployed to document casualties.

Military History (If Applicable): I served in the American Army for 4 years in the 62nd Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment as a private 2nd Class
Social Security Number (SSN): 443-29-0974

Why are you applying for the Ministry of Peace? After moving too Evocity in late 2018 I have been in search for a job, with my Military background I thought it was best to join somewhere which specialised in warfare.
What can you bring to the Ministry of Peace? I spent 4 years at war, I cannot count how many times I have met death but none of them would he take me. So much experience in this field of work, I can bring a unique yet functional and important role to Minipax which I hope will help me meet new people and improve my personality .
Do you have any experience in the field? My regiment completed 2 tours of Afghanistan and 2 tours of Syria. With a total of 5 causalities

Biography: I was born in Pennsylvania in 1996 to Mary S. Alexander and Joseph B. Alexander, I grew up in a rough neighbourhood but I never swayed to gangs or violence. I instead stuck to boxing in my school however in never went further than a few local tourneys. After finishing school with some of the best grades in my year, I left the army cadets to go to University of Pennsylvania however after spending a year in university studying computer science it became clear it just wasn't for me, I needed a change. A life changing experience, hence why I seeked the army for this. After applying I was shipped of to Afghanistan for 2 years, out there its a different world. You live in fear 24/7 not knowing if tomorrow will be your last. So many great friends died out there it pains me to think of it. After serving my time in Afghanistan I was shipped to Syria to help fight ISIL, out there my regiment fought in overthrowing them in over 30 towns and cities. Liberating 27 of them from ISIL. Whilst I was in Syria I received extremely bad gun wounds to the leg which forced me to come home to America where I could be treated, in January this year I was deemed full recovered and operational. This was when I left my home city of Philadelphia and moved to Evocity to begin a new and improved lifestyle, I am currently living off my wages from the army but needing a new job I seek Minipax for help.

Do you have anything else to add? I have been trained to shoot with 10 weapons, including M4A1 and the USP-S. I have passed all military training with distinction.

Thank you for taking your time to read my application. I hope you deem me fit for service in your wonderful organisation.
Regards Robert M. Alexander

Ministry of Peace Public Service Announcement
With aggressive tensions rising all over the globe, the Ministry of Peace found it necessary to commission development of new top of the line military-grade gear for use by Minipax operatives.

Recent innovations in Kevlar now reduce the UV degradation to a minuscule rate, allowing for a more protective and long lasting product. The Ministry of Peace filed for a patent which was granted by the U.S. government.
Patent ID: K229/BA

Along with a more protective set of body armor, the Ministry of Peace petitioned the U.S. to use their patented IOTV (Improved Modular Tactical Vest) and SAPI (Small Arms Protective Insert) for extra ballistic and trauma protection. The ceramic plates in SAPIs function as both anti-ballistic and anti-stab inserts. The modular PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) webbing allows for equipment to be attached, such as backpacks, magazine pouches, and holsters. The camouflaged BDU, or Basic Dress Uniform, offers an digital urban look that cannot be compared to.

Outfitted with this technologically superior armor and gear, Minipax operatives use the FN-manufactured M4A1 Carbine rifles, along with multiple attachments. Magpul-manufactured stocks, handguards, and grips are used for better recoil control and general feel, while both Aimpoint Pro ACOG (Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight) and EOTech EXPS-2 holographic sights are used on the top Rail Interface Systems (RIS). Suppressors must be cleared for use and are only used in special operations. Both the AAC M4-2000 and AAC SR-5 suppressors are used by Minipax operatives. The upper and lower receivers are factory-made, as well as the majority of the internal parts. Operatives will use the factory-made Heckler & Koch USP-45 as their sidearm, and a suppressor if deemed necessary.

Minipax operatives will wear a uniform MOLLE vest, allowing eight 30-round 5.56x45mm NATO magazines, four 10-round 9mm magazines, a spent-magazine pouch, a state-of-the-art hydration module, a double compartment trauma pouch, a GP pouch to house night-vision devices, and a goggles pouch.

Uniforms will designate rank and specialty. Below are images of operatives wearing variants of the BDU digital camouflage, the IOTV Kevlar vest and helmet, and the MOLLE tactical vest.

Ministry of Peace Public Service Announcement
Our new M1A2 Abrams tanks began rolling out of the Lima Army Tank Plant in Ohio last week and were shipped to our hangars at the Evocity International Airport. Two C-17 Globemasters carrying six of the M1A2s landed yesterday and Minipax operatives and engineers were quick to test them out. Armed with the 120mm M256A1 smoothbore tank gun designed by Rheinmetall AG in Germany, the Abrams can deliver up to 20 HE rounds, 10 anti-armor HE rounds, and 10 anti-personnel canister rounds, giving it unprecedented firepower on the battlefield. Along with the smoothbore tank gun, the Abrams is equipped with two 50 caliber M2HB machine guns, one of which is mounted on top of the turret while the second is mounted next to the tank gun and can be fired from within. Alongside the .50 M2HB machine guns are two 7.62 M240 machine guns, with one on top of the turret and the other coaxially mounted next to the tank gun itself. The six tanks came equipped with TUSK explosive reactive armor packages installed during manufacturing. Its thick depleted uranium mesh-reinforced composite armor can take a hit from even a 155mm M777 Howitzer cannon.

Along with the M1A2 Abrams tank, the Ministry of Peace is also deploying the JLTV, or the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle. 20 JLTVs, 12 of which with the heavily armored .50 caliber turret configuration, and 6 of which with the general purpose (GP) configuration, were transported to Ranox City by train yesterday. Minipax operatives quickly unchained the vehicles and maneuvered them to their newly-constructed armory on the outskirts of town. The U.S. Marines upgraded their Humvees to the JLTV style in 2016 and the Ministry was quick to join them. The Ministry specifically uses the Oshkosh L-ATV (Light Combat Tactical All-Terrain Vehicle) developed by Oshkosh Corporation in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The JLTV costs $433,539 USD to manufacture and has a fuel range of 300 miles. With many variants, the JLTV offers multiple combat and utility uses. The $65,000 USD armor kits offer protection from anti-tank weapons as well as the majority of weapons used on the battlefield. The bulletproof glass can take a hit from a .50 caliber rifle and continue to do so for multiple shots. The crew is protected by an automatic fire-extinguishing system and the fact that fuel is placed externally and is guarded by the JLTV structure. Seats in the cabin have blast-restraint devices for extra protection. The many variants, including the infrantry carrier configuration and the heavy guns carrier configuration, offer many uses. Minipax operatives will be using the infantry carrier variant with teams egressing in less than 10 seconds. The heavy guns carrier variant offers a more firepower-heavy use, allowing for a mounted turret on top of the vehicle with M2HB machine gun delivering up to 575 rounds per minute. Minipax operatives are happy with their new delivery and await further orders now that they have the firepower and mobility they need.

On the 17th of May an encrypted intel package reaches an abandon computer at an underground command base, belonging to Estleback Corporation. The computer flares up, lighting up the dark room, and makes a noise to signal any nearby command officer.. however to no avail it sits and continues to try to get someones attention.

Days goes by.

Suddenly, the heavy door that leads into the room opens and an old and rugged man, who has seemingly left behind his old life, enters the dusty room. The forgotten surveillance system had noted a change of events in the base and reached out to the man. The man approaches the computer slowly, concerned of what this may entail.. He starts to fiddle with the computer, with now the noise turned off, and types in his credentials..

**Name: Anthony 'Flood' Válaris**
**Password: encrypted**

The computer opens up and unzips the intel package for the retired and previous Director of Estleback Corporation. With terabytes of classified content presented for the previous Director, who still has de facto command over Estleback resources, he abruptly closes everything and backs away from computer - stunned by the return of Ministry of Peace. Quickly recognizing the possible threat that may repeat itself he picks up his phone to call his old colleague Steve 'Link' Burwin.

Steve 'Link' Burwin cannot be reached. A frustrated Mr. Válaris thus opens the previous Management Interface for Estleback on his phone and overrides any restrictions put on him after his resignation, using a self-coded backdoor. He scouts over the remaining living employees who is still under contract, as well as what commander is available - pondering if his next decision should be made or not.

Convinced of what needs to be done he initiates protocol 'ebc.rtrn_19/6'. The system calls out to any previous Field Operatives to report to the underground base and all frozen assets are made available again. A list of available vehicles and bases to use presents itself on the management interface - to his surprise the main Estleback Headquarter is still owned by the corporation, although through other companies who are owned by Estleback to mask its existence.

Mr. Válaris walks towards his old office and opens a secret safebox.. He scavenge around in the safebox and takes something out and pinches it on his belt - the Director of Estleback Corporation badge.
