This is pointless mate, just remove the UBR.

You have killed someone without IC reason, thus RDM.

It is also on a main road, therefore, its in public.

I know it will probably getting removed, but i have slated admins for not dealing with PR's and UBR's so pointless ones like this, are simply wasting admins time.

Do them a favour and remove it.
