Personally I think this is a really good map as it is a good mix of both V4B1 and V2D however without the huge and frankly useless nexus, on the map above it isn’t refined to 2 floors and most definitely will cause less lag when looking arbitrary the nexus. Another great addition is that there is another office building open and able to be used (near Izzies Palace). Some people may argue that grassy isn’t unusable however the trees that cover grassy are actually world props and aren’t simply removed. I suggest you guys take a look because I feel this could be a serious contender!

EDIT: Forgot to mention all of the shops have no pre-furnishings except of course the shelves in clothing store which are harder to remove I believe

Regardless of only a certain amount of "Rich people"  In general, almost all this map could pass for being the slums. Look at the lake houses and how the empire hotel was completely removed.

Removal of the Nexus for a way less quality building also completely threw me off as personally, the Nexus on Evocity maps is an icon and lovely to raid and build nice dupes on them, like how dictators paste their giant Nexus dupe to make it look badass and scary. I love that

Grassy field is also such an icon for a whole bunch of RP's and that got completely ruined with all the trees in the way

Im assuming you ignored the part that you can remove the trees? The map in my eyes is perfect for FL. The removal of unnecessary things in return for things that people want, the Slums are back a place in which many people wanted, Office buildings reintegrated as well as the removal of major props in which made some buildings useless like Clothing Store and AMPM. The downgrade of Nexus is also perfect because lets be real no-one used half of the building so it was rendered useless.

Slums are back:  Yeah, a couple of shit buildings for the removal of the Empire Hotel?   Seems like an unfair trade as many people like it and it's a great place to do RP's!,  I even just did a huge RP there yesterday...

Office building:  Yeah, the one in the back by the club is always nice to have back, that is one thing I do like. However, the placement of it could have been changed as many people don't even go back there to notice the building

Removal of map props:  100% agree with this, that is one thing I do love a lot

The downgrade of Nexus:  Hell to the no do I agree with this. As I said above, the Nexus is an ICON for Evocity maps and it's not about it being unused, it's about having the ability to use it as it has been used many times in the past. Completely removing that building is taking away from what people could have done with it. If the Nexus was replaced with a really good looking building, almost like The White House, and a PD next to it or something, by all means, it would look perfect. But to completely lose the Nexus for some building I could even make not knowing anything in hammer is sad.

Just because I have the money doesn't mean I think the whole map has to be about money like some clearly. But I know instead of a map combining features of the EvoCity maps let's get a new laggy one on the beach front with no redeeming features!!

Couldn't agree more with the lower point. The map is just disgusting. It looks like a nuclear wasteland and belongs on Fallout RP servers.
