Summary of the incident
Dae As President, arrested me two times.
The first time he arrested me because i ran into him (No law againts it)
Of course he arrested me for 15 minutes.

The Second time he arrested me because i went into the nexus lobby (No Law againts entering Nexus lobby.).
Of course he arrested me for 15 minutes.
