Known bug and has been happening for ages. You normally need respawned.

I tried recreating this. The Move Bodies tool and such doesn't disappear...

Bug confirmed, only seems to happen with the Lockpick now. Will also have a look at ECM Jammer
edit: Happens with ECM Jammer too.
