Explanation and Evidence
Abuse of power is shown by the blatant and forced removal of a valid law to assist his RP goals, this shows that he is directly abusing his role to assist his roleplay rather than dealing with the situation in character. I offered him an alternative, we said that he could keep the casino open if he set the max bet to 10k, he simply ignored my offer and later deleted my casino law without even informing me.

Literal minutes after I pasted the Casino you banned them.

Your sole intention was to ruin the servers fun because you have something against me.

I told you to stop Powergaming to which you refused to remove the law so I deleted it.

You're misrepresenting the facts, I was not online when you raised your props and had no acknowledgement of this ever happening.
This is not a personal vendetta against you seeing as I had not heard of you until today when the situation with Ghost occurred.

You were grasping for straws and used your administrative power to force us to allow casinos.
We also offered you a chance to negotiate it in character when saying "You can keep the casino open, if you cap bets to 10k". [1] 
You simply refused to even attempt to negotiate with us in character and instead ignored me and only a little later took it upon yourself to remove the law forcefully.

I have no intention of ruining roleplay on FL, I'd like to note I have a history of banning any form of gambling whenever I am president.

I raised my props an hour before we spawned the dupe as we decided we shouldnt open because the server was restarting in an hour however Arny cancelled the restart so we opened and didnt need to reraise our props.

I understand your point, however, it seems you're avoiding the big picture here.
It was a mere coincidence that you were about to open your casino as the law went into place, this specific gambling law was inevitable.
This simple fact can not be argued, your accusation are simply assumptions.
