The ban wipe should only wipe bans from over 6 months ago. Any ban received in after those 6 months should still stand.

Actually when you delete Tinder and and make a new one you get the 'noob boost' for the first few weeks so a common tactic is every 3 weeks to delete your Tinder so you always have high elo on Tinder.
