CHECKPOINT RACE

Checkpoint race can be raced as time trial or as CAR vs CAR. There are total of 6 checkpoints (including start/finish). In order for checkpoint to count, racer must cross checkpoint between the markers (oil lamps) or atleast 60% of car must run over the marker from inside the checkpoint.

TIME TRIAL

In time trial, your job is to beat other racer best time. First racer can have 2 laps to set up his time. Second racer has only 1 lap to beat his opponents time. Time trials are raced with same car model, multi-model time trials are not allowed (BMW vs BMW allowed, BMW vs Mclaren P1 not allowed)!

CAR VS CAR

In Car vs Car, racers will compete with each other. Racers will have randomized amount of laps from 1-5. One race can have up to 4 cars. Race must be done with same tier cars which means for example "Tier 1" car can't compete with "Premium Tier" cars.

MONEY POOL

Money can be wagered from $2000-$10,000
Organiser takes 10% of each race wager!

CAR vs CAR wagers:
Premium Tier - $5000-$10,000
Tier 1 - $3500-$5000
Tier 2 - $2000-$3500

Time Trial wagers (Time trials are fixed and cant be negotiated!):
Premium Tier - $5000
Tier 1 - $3500
Tier 2 - $2000

Street racers who are racing and hot pursuit has started must finish the race in order to get the prizes! 2 minute pursuit is still in effect when race is still ongoing and racer can escape right after he finishes the race if time limit has been reached.

ORGANISER PRIZE POOL
If you manage to beat organiser best lap time on time trial, you have a chance to win $25,000. Organiser hotlaps are hidden on day 1 (2.03.2019) and revealed on day 2 (3.03.2019). Organiser's lap price can be claimed once per car model!

Organiser will maintain himself rights to improve his own lap times during the event!

Currently there are 7 out of 8 cars with registered hotlaps!

POLICE AND HOT PURSUIT RULES!

Street racing is an illegal activity and it can attract unwanted attention from police!

HOT PURSUIT
Police can initiate hot pursuit if they detect street racing or reckless driving. Racers will need to stay on the run for 2 minutes before they can escape. If racer manages to survive for 2 minutes, he is allowed to head over to one of the Evocity car garages. If racer makes it, police can't arrest him as he is escaped racer even if police was right behind him and accidentally despawns the car. (Police are allowed to camp despawn points for first 2 minutes and arrest racers who enter them too early.)

Police are forbidden from using weapons against street racers and street racers are not allowed to fight back to the police and must drive away!
Once the pursuit is over. Police aren't allowed to intervene street racers for 15 minutes.

ROADBLOCKS
Police are allowed to use 2 types of roadblocks:

2 Police cars
1 Police car and spikestrip

If police are setting up the roadblock, they must remain inside their cars at all times when racers approach to avoid unnecessary CDM!

STRIKES
Each street racer has 3 strikes for car! If street racer gets busted by police, he recieves 1 strike. Police are allowed to give maximum ticket fine to street racer for each strike. If street racer declines the ticket, he receives 2 strikes and 5 minute arrest. Once racer has received 3 strikes his car gets impounded and arrested for 10 minutes. On third strike fine tickets are not allowed anymore!

Police are not obliged to give street racer car back if they don't want to. If they do give it back, then they are allowed to ask for maximum fee.
Organiser has total of 6 strikes!

HIGHWAY 41

Highway 41 is the final escape for the racers! Racers who manage to escape through Highway 41 tunnel have left the city and are no longer allowed to participate in street racing in city! Racers are allowed to leave city any time they wish!

Highway tunnel entrance - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1670064053

1 Police car can stay dormant on highway 41 to not let any street racer escape!
Street Racers are not allowed to enter Highway 41 tunnel on foot!

FINAL PURSUIT
This is the final pursuit for police to stop the street racers for good! Final pursuit lasts for 5 minutes! Racers are no longer safe at despawn points and police can arrest them however they wish (Guns are still forbidden to use!). Racers are allowed to change their cars at despawn points to any car they wish. Racers are also allowed to escape with stolen cars! Racers who are caught during final pursuit are in jail for the rest of the day (Maximum prison sentence). Street racers who escape through Highway 41 are the "True Street Racers"!

HIGHWAY ROADBLOCKS
Police can have maximum of 2 roadblocks on the highway during final pursuit!
Last roadblock can be placed furthest at the bottom of highway hill! (Highway view #2)

Roadblocks can be the following types:
3 police cars
2 police cars, 1 spike strip
1 police car, 2 spike strips

Spike strips can be placed at one side lane and middle lane only!
Middle spikestrip must not overlap with side lane unless that side lane also has a spikestrip!

Police are still not allowed to leave their cars on highway 41 nor crack open the Highway 41 tunnel entrance!
Police are allowed to ram racers off the highway and detain them in water.
Police are allowed to exit the car to detain the racer only if street racer has hit the spike strip or car has come to full stop, detainer must watch out for other racers on highway and is forced to ignore them!

P.S IDEAS
If racer hits spikestrip on highway 41, he must stop his car!
Police are not forced to take part in the event, however they should respect the event rules and act accordingly if they interact with racers.
Police can organise their own Hot Pursuit squad that is designed to take down racers, but it isn't mandatory for event!
Final Pursuit can be initiated 3 hours after the event start by the police!
If racer crashes and dies during crash, police are allowed to give 3 strikes for racer and impound the car, otherwise its 1 strike and ticket if revived.
Racers, who have made it in the highway tunnel entrance, can no longer be arrested.

Maybe police and all this complex ruleset is a bit overkill. I will just stick to the simple time trial racing. Check Prize pool chapter for more info!

I toned it down to checkpoint racing. Such a big event requires Super Admins to keep it in check. Its just a concept of idea that came into my mind. Time trials are still available and revealed today(3.03.2019) to try and win.
