Summary of the incident
The user in question approached my character as I was talking to someone and made some bullshit up on the spot to arrest me. I did not commit any of the offences he had made up as I had been AFK for roughly 10 minutes prior, before you ask, Yes. I have the footage to back that up.

Don't see why you need to make a PR for this, as far as I'm concerned this arrest was IC and completely valid.

I saw you drive your blue R8 and later I had reports of you killing 3 people, so we arrested you. End of story.

Upon reviewing the situation it would seem that the officer involved is under impression that the arrest is valid, and this seems purely in-character at this point. Also a side note that the officer had corrupt in his description which would likely be part of the reason as to why he might arrest you for something slightly questionable, but the main point here is that I do not believe this is particularly an out of character issue.
