It's not making it any better by commenting here. If this was smooth sailing all the way to the finish line,
the map would already be released. It's not like there is just "too much work".
The problem for me is apparent even though I am in no way part of the process.
There is a lot of problems when compiling so big maps, and even though you compiled the map for 3 days straight the compiler most likely only got half the map or parts of it.
My only point is that it isn't easy, and it will take a long time because there are unexpected difficulties and most likely compromises that must be made or already has been.
All I hope for is that he didn't give up, however there is no reason to speculate as we will find out with time.
