My gmod is not updating

Hey,

Make sure you aren't participating in any of the Betas, this can be checked by right clicking on Garry's Mod on your steam library, clicking on "Properties" then navigating to the "Betas" tab





If it is already set to none, please verify your game cache. This can be done on the "Local Files" tab. If you've already done all of this, please make sure Garry's mod is set to update in the "Updates" tab.

Try and clicking “verify game cache” And see if that works

All fixed deleted all game files then reinstalled the game so it wiped it
