Could you post a longer video? You seemed to have tased him at the end, he could have followed FearRP after that point.

I believe NowWePush thought that he could break FearRP because you shot him a couple times. In this case, if dealt with in-game I would have explained what he did wrong. He will receive a warning and next time I see him in-game I will inform him of what he has done wrong.
