Summary: He was pattrolling as SRU, just changed to it. Last prop session was before he even became SRu and joined the server, he runs up the stairs, blasts in destroys contra dosnt even arrest me and stuns me after he jumpes of the balcony

Update- I just radied him when he was vice, he propblocked so I coudlnt get in. After Using a molly and killing him this happened (Broke NLR and RDM'ed me as SRU)
