Summit Banking Group Terms & Conditions: We advise that you read this section before contacting us about any of our services.
1. What we provide.- 1a. Summit Banking Group is a private Summit Banking Grouping group that offer secure accounts, loans and financial advice. 1b. We provide a 5-Star service in dealing with investments and interest rates. 1c. We provide a no nonsense support helpline that can aid and assist you with any concerns or problems.
2. Loans 2a. There are multiple steps involved when it comes to taking out a loan with us. Firstly you must check you are eligible for one, this can be done by reading our thread. The next step is requesting a loan amount. After you have requested a loan, you will be asked to pop into a branch to sign the paperwork and answer a couple questions. Once you have completed all these steps you will be given the loan amount. 2b. During interviewing stage you will be asked if you have read the Terms & Conditions of taking out a loan and will be asked to sign on the dotted line. A third person, either a branch manager or worker will also be present. This person will stay impartial at all times. 2c. We are a lender and not a loan shark. 2d. Due to the nature of our business, we do not under any circumstances tolerate any form of harassment or pressurization. If you are found to be pressuring players or members of the Summit Banking Group you will be reported and will be punished accordingly. 2e. The branch managers word is final. 2f. Any form of scamming will not be tolerated. Players must keep in mind that taking out a loan and failing to pay it back is a very serious offence. Rule 1.5 states that scamming is not allowed. Failure to pay back money is a form of scamming. Once a loan has been taken out, you must pay back the agreed amount within in the agreed time. 2g. We offer a free credit rating check, which helps speed up you load application. If you would like to have your credit rating checked, contact a member of staff. This can be done either through; email, visiting a branch or by telephone. 2h. Once you have filed for a loan, it can take up to 2 working days to be accepted. 2i. Any form of negotiation will not tolerated, we stand by our morals and believe all rates and agreements are fair. 2j. Like mentioned above, by taking out a loan you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 2k. Loans applications will only be approved if you have correctly filled out the current form. 2l. Failure to pay back the loan on time can badly affect you credit rating. 2.m. Players may take out a maximum of two loans.
3. What must you do 3a. We are a fast moving, no nonsense firm. If you are requesting a loan, you must be active and able to reply to messages sent from Summit Banking Group 3b. Once a loan has been taken out, depending on the sum of the loan, the minimum repay date is exactly one week from the date of issue. 3c. The maximum repay date will be issued to you in writing once agreed with both parties. If no date has been agreed, the default maximum repay date is four weeks from date of issue. 3d. If you know you will be unable to pay the sum of the loan by the repay date, you may ask for an extension. You may request for one two week extension. Failure to pay after extension you will be in breach of section 2, point f in the terms and conditions.
4. Financial advice and assistance 4a. Summit Banking Group offer a wide range of advice and assistance when it comes to making financial decisions. We do not take responsibility for any damages caused by advice or assistance taken from Summit Banking Group. If you believe you have been sold false advice, we urge you to contact the directors of the company. 4b. We are a non bias firm that will offer impartial advice to whoever seeks it. We will not turn away any client who may have ties with different clans or groups. We also hold the right to refuse our services to clients. 4c. We only offer formal financial assistance. 4d. Financial advice and assistance is not a free service, you will be issued a quote and failure to pay will be classed as scamming and you will be punished accordingly.
5. Business Loans 5a. Business loans are for businesses only. 5b. All businesses will be treated equally and fairly. 5c. Businesses must have a Summit Banking Group account with in the Summit Banking Group to be able to take out loans. 5d. To manage your business Summit Banking Group account, you will need to provide evidence that you are the main holder or one of the listed holders to the account. 5.e. Businesses must pay back loans that have been granted by the maximum agreed repay date. 5.f. Failure to repay the loan by the agreed time will be classed as scamming and the main holder will be punished accordingly. 5.g. Section 3 of the terms and conditions also apply.
6. Out of character information. 6a. We are unable to talk about any In-game agreements, transactions and any other Summit Banking Group related issues. Everything will be dealt with in-game and on the forums in character. 6b. If you feel that something needs to be dealt with out of character, you must contact an admin and give evidence and reason. We promise to remain professional and do everything by the book. 6.c. If you have agreed to the terms and all other factors of the loan, you are liable and will have to pay back the sum.
7. Reserved rights 7a. We reserve the right to publish any information that you have provided if deemed necessary or requested by any government body. 7b. We reserve the right to fine you for miss usage of our services, failure to pay back any outstanding loan amount and/or leak secretive information that you have gained legitly or through illegitimate processes. 7c. We reserve the right to hold and keep your information. 7d. Under the data protection act you may request any information that we hold on you. 7e. We reserve all the rights to the Summit Banking Group name, buildings, forms and applications, layout, images, videos, logo, designs, interest rates, Summit Banking Group account system, credit score/rating and terms and conditions. Summit Banking Group is a trademarked company.
