binds not working

so I try to do some binds but it keeps failing everytime I try to do:

bind h ''say /inventory health_kit use 1'

it says:

] bind h ''say /inventory health_kit use 1''
bind <key> [command] : attach a command to a key


so I checked and got this:

Unknown command: headtrack_reset_home_pos

Can anyone help me?
