Summary: So for some reason my Shadowplay doesn't pick up my mic output on Garry's Mod - but you can see bottom right that I am talking, and near the end you can hear the SRU sergeant say "Why doesn't anyone listen".
It's FearRP basically, not hard to tell that by watching the video.
Happy to contact SeductivePotato (the SRU Sergeant) to have him clarify this also.
