Do you have screenshots or footage of the scoreboard for the time? connor rowden's name isn't actually on the vehicle so unless you can prove that is his IC name I won't be able to help you.

Screenshot taken from the video where i later on looked trough to find his steamID. If you wish for me to send a full video from the rule breaking and me looking at the scoreboard i can do that.

EDIT: It also appears that the incident happend around 14:00 GMT and from what i recall the SRU next to me accidently fired 1 bullet at the car so you migth be able to see that in the logs also.
