2nd Report on Fieldy for TOS Violations

Quite a few points to get across here.
This has gone on for a long time and the admin team are allowing it to happen, even blaming me for being harassed.

The above image shows him mocking me and saying I got abused as a child, now this is deeply harmful and I genuinely don't feel like any admins are trying to protect me from harassment.

Threatening to Delete My Forums Account -

At this stage due to my previous report I thought the admin team would help me, but instead this happened.

Yonno allowed me to be harassed and blamed me, if someone is raped you don't tell the person it is their fault and blame them.

This is disgusting that the staff team allows this to happen to me.....
I am a member of this community, I deserve to not be attacked unprovoked and then for the staff to blame ME.

My last report where Divey told me he would be monitoring the situation, well tbh your staff allowed this to happen.
Yonno I would like to ask why you did nothing and told me it was my fault?

Divey was dealing with the situation and yonno is clearly a witness.
Obviously fieldy can say his side but I doubt he can fight this.

I'm not even going to read this, however, the fact you're offended by half of the comments I make proves what I say is correct. You literally cried because I called you a "Sweaty Child", seriously just grow a pair and deal with the fact you're disliked... And you took the joke about me "deleting your forums account" seriously, oh boy. AND, I brought up that quote because it's funny and shows how pathetic you are that you genuinely believe that saying "your parents make you eat food off the floor" is ToS.

I just read the ending, please don't tell which admins can and cannot input on the situation. That's not allowed.

I fail to see how I blame anyone here, and I'm quite sure it's obvious the message was aimed at the both of you. I simply said, that despite all previous actions taken in regards to nerfing users, and actions taken by you youself by blocking him, this extremely petty behaviour still hasn't stopped. You have him blocked, but your curiosity keeps biting back at you because you view blocked messages and even respond to them. Together with Forgee we attempted to defuse the situation after which some players got nerfed (I don't remember who).

I'm unsure of what you want of me, but there you go. Whatever happens with Fieldy is up to the current administrators.

Firstly, thank you for bringing this to our attention again Aspire.

Apologies for the long wait, however I have now finalised my review of this player report.

The player in question is known for treating your poorly in the past, as well as having an experience of harassing others players and getting punished for it too. From the evidence provided it quite clearly tells me that Fieldy is malicious and has been harassing you for a very long time and I am sincere when I say I wish I finished this earlier.

I will be giving out the following punishment:
A year long ban for Harassment

This will therefore, go on top of his current one.

Something to note is that in one of my previous statements I felt as though it was indeed a two way street, but it is quite clear that Aspire in this case was retaliating in self defence. If you wish to convict Aspire for the same reasoning behind your own ban then feel free to make a follow up player report, however as I previously stated this does give me a large impression that you were acting as the main force behind it all.
