Have you connected your steam account with your forums account? There should be a button that you can press, it may look similar to this;

Hello!
I checked and you do have an active donator rank in-game, but for some reason, your forum account is not updating.

It seems to be a forum issue, as a few other users have had this problem.
The other staff members including SAs have been informed of the issue and hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

This issue seems the be fixed, the user has their 'Donator' banner.
