I can't speak for the admin team, but I did implement it in a way that the entity blacklist affects whether you can spawn these or not (access letter 'e'). So you could get blacklisted, could get banned or perhaps just warned, case by case basis.

Glad this add-on was added - saw it on script-fodder a while back and loved the idea of not just the billboards but also the smaller scaled picture frames.

Definitely opens up some unique possibilities and I'm just happy that you added something that removed the need for "note" casinos
