5. Summary I was going back to my ambulance from talking to someone and I was driving forward and someone got into my car and i decided to drive normally acting like he wasn't there and the cop just started to shoot me and I died.

The person in the vehicle that yelled drive i didn't really worry about them like I said in the summary i just acted like he wasn't there so I could see if he got bored and left my ambulance.

What BOO did clearly violates rule 12.9 -

"12.9 Police can not shoot vehicles unless it is vital that the car needs to be stopped, for example if the driver is putting lives of others at risk. Hot pursuit must be the first option."

He also shot another member of the government, which is also a rulebreak in my opinion.
