I don't see much that has changed since last time he promised it, recently I do see some shitty guides being posted and useless rules being enforced though.

90% of the admin reports are bullshit, the other 10% is usually valid and sometimes the admin in questiuons gets a punishment too soft, but I don't think it's a major problem.
