Summary: After the rebels randomly raiding us on the lake, they go to the villas and camp our spawn, this player in concrete, williJ was the only one I could get the name off that was breaking many rules, including breaking FearRP, RDM and mingery, spawn killing and more.
I could only get hold of the evidence of him breaking FearRP and then later on RDMing, but he did also spawn camp and kill us after we spawned.

Concluding notes

I am disregarding all of the allegations provided without any proof, before we start.

I will also disregard the FearRP, this is due to the fact it is a very fine line that I would be punishing from. It also seems like the user or yourself lagged during the situation which caused a jump. This either means the user was already driving a good distance away or you were not close enough due to the lag.

The second clip does confirm williJ's RDM though, as you had just spawned and he had no reason to kill you. The reported user will receive a 3 hour weapons blacklist.
