I downloaded everything on the site. I have source and hl2 what is the problem? I want to play city rp please help me.

Do you have all hl2, ep1 and ep2 installed and have they been ran at least once?

Have you tried making sure that these little boxes in the left hand corner are ticked?
Click the game controller to access this menu.

As for the vehicles, make sure your 'Model Detail' is set to 'High'
Options>Video>Advanced Settings>Model Detail

Does this issue still continue after downloading CSS and ticking those boxes?

it was not css css was already ticked it was hl 2 episode 1 and 2 I downloaded them now it works like a charm thanks for your help.
