Summary: TREYTHEPLUG (now TREYTHAPLUG) randomly started to prop-push a clamped car, me and another user told him to stop several times in LOOC, but he did not. Another user, Young Floyd (Bludge), joined in on the prop-pushing and in the process, he killed himself. TREYTHEPLUG continued pushing the car out far away from where it initially was. Young Floyd returned within the 10 minutes of NLR to get his Ford Raptor truck back (do not have solid evidence).

Concluding notes

Based on the fact the vehicle has moved from the original position shown and both users had no reason to spawn a barrel in that location I do believe they are guilty of inappropriately prop pushing a vehicle. From the screenshots I don't see the vehicle being stuck at any point and both reported users were not currently building in that area at the time. The props are aimed directly towards the vehicle on some of the screenshots, further supporting the evidence.

The NLR is something that cannot be proven with the evidence provided so I am going to void that claim and remove that from the situation.

Both users will receive a 1 hour PTE blacklist for their first offence, it is minor but rule breakage regardless.
