If it was said on radio. it was siad IC. and dont lie to me, cause you obviously types /radio beforehand. you cant accidenlty do /radio then // ???

The radio was never designed to be used for OOC, that is just something players have done overtime. Messages in the radio are all IC, even if all players consider putting // or /ooc beforehand. Generally players consider those messages ooc, and thats fine, but in terms of rules and regulations it is IC.
