It all started when Walter McGinger stuck up his nose into matters he shouldn't have.
Where he was given the option to either go to jail or pay $1000 for his freedom. He had no choice but to pay the Corrupt Officer to let him go
 He soon reported it to the Police Sergeant and President of EvoCity.
Where the Police Sergeant managed to cover up for the officer and called Walter a Liar and had kicked him out of nexus.
Almost have lost their jobs on that day, they went back to give him a visit.
The Sergeant and the Officer caught Walter in a dark alley and brought him to the lake where they made him,
"Swim with the fishes"
