Summary: I first saw this guy shooting other police officers, he had joined police and rdm'd many other people, every time i demoted him he left and rejoined the police, I only caught him rdm'ing once and after he was demoted he went fireman to CDM, and then paramedic to CDM.

FYI: Nvidia shadowplay was trying to record my mic which was not plugged in at the time, so there is a horrid static noise in the background.
