Summary: Caught Fageru trying to hit someone with the fire axe as a firefighter. The person getting hit was then knocked over by a police car by accident, however Fageru continued hitting the person and eventually killed them by walking over the body.

Hello.

Video's are a much better way of showing rulebreakages like this, there's very little we can do with screenshots. I've also checked the logs to see if the accused had actually killed anyone and I didn't find anything. Therefore this Player report is denied.
