Player has been seen CDMing without any signs of calling a Paramedic, and player was constantly breaking FearRP whilst having a gun/tazer pointed on him.
Player will be suspended for a day and blacklisted from vehicles.

PS: Gizmo might have shot the Taxi Chauffeur on that fact that he ran over a person before, which he can do only to take the vehicle out of use. I'll keep him on a warning.
