[Solved] Wheatcake isnt getting a password reset email

Had the same problem a few months ago, no email, but in the end I remembered my password Tounge

it may not be his password that's wrong it maybe because he use his email login but you can't do that anymore you have to use your username
like if I was going login I would use Johnsilver

He isn't receiving an email. That's the issue


Quite pathetic that this has no involvement with higher-ups

Writing in smaller font doesn't help the situation. I'll try and contact an Admin or SA to have a look. Patience please.
