Summary: I chased him over to Izzies Palace, he entered and after I screamed multiple times don't move he kept going and asking for backup on radio, even after being tased.
His friends show up and kill me because of this.
This player breaks this kinds of rules all the time, I just hadn't caught anything with Shadowplay enabled until now.
Even if you do not punish him, keep in mind he breaks this kinds of rules all the time on his next PR.
