I get the same problem on V2D but with only the roads, got all the content installed ect, ect..

I have tried the majority, or even all, of the suggestions in the thread. My god on v2d is still bugged with the problems I taked about in the start

I'm pretty sure one of the content pack or Half Life 2 is missing. Make sure you have installed everything correctly.

I believe that Half Life deals with V4B1 but if it's V2d you most likely need CSS either cheated or bought.

If nothing helped you, it's probably missing some Content from Half life EP. 2 OR CS:S (Counter Strike : Source).
Reinstall or install them if you haven't already.
