+Support to either increasing timer for non-leaders OR even better - increase the timer even further when a certain team is not completely full. This may take some thinking on how to implement it, however considering what the AFK timer is for - ensuring roleplay happens and that roles are not taken up by those that are inactive where instead they could be taken up by active players, this would only be fair.
