Mikael was banned out of the blue for "sounding like JackZ". This is strange because he is clearly not. In the logs here Jonas does not point out how he is meant to prove that he is not JackZ.

"Mikael" sounded almost exactly like JackZ, and i think that he may of gotten a new Microphone, if it is not JackZ, then he can prove his innocence, by either jumping on the servers or arranging a time to make sure 100% that it is not JackZ.

Also please update the ban reason, it was not "Sounding like JackZ" it was "DA of JackZ".
