I think you misunderstand, I meant secular in the way that there is not religion enforced, all religions are allowed.

I'm agnostic as well but I mainly identify as a Christian because why not? Sharpshooter said he was an Agnostic Theist as well, so he probably just identifies as a Muslim which makes sense if he was born into a Muslim family.
