First of all, none of those will make you have multiple personality disorder because it basically means for some reason you brain isn't working just right and a bit of it isn't connected very well, so it develops mainly by itself and ends up becoming another "almost" full brain(just really small, that's why bill has a low mental age and finds it hard to understand stuff without it been explained), or your brain is just completely broken and the bit that handle emotions for some reason creates two reactions to everything. your kinda born with it and only one of the types can be treated, but i like bill and have the untreatable type anyway.
also in theory if your parents were abusive when you were very young the abusive thing is possible, remember its only in theory doesn't mean its for definet
