People often get confused, the Deep Web is the stuff that's unlisted on the internet that search engines cannot access (it also takes up like 90% of the internet) but is mostly, if not, all legal. The Dark Web is a small portion of the Deep Web that, yes, contains illegal things like child porn, drugs, hit men and the ever elusive "Red Room(s)".
