maybe a new tab in context menu to the new binds? like "CityRP Gestures"

If you hold c there actually already is a gesture menu it doesn't have the new /acts though but it has all the rest

Sounds good, no reason not to do this. It will take some time to refine when acts can be done and whatnot, but it's worth the effort in the long run.
