Title of bug: Still have pass when changed job

Description: A nexus desk secretary gives you a pass. You change job.... You still have the pass. People can go criminal and still have the text: "Presidential Company" or "Visitor". I know the desk secretary can remove the pass him/herself but he/she won't remember unless the player with the pass asks for it.
